Paul Scalzo is a Paramedic and Clinical Educator with over 25 years of experience. Emergency services are more than a profession to Paul – it is a calling that has brought incredible meaning and fulfillment to his life. Paul has an absolute passion for helping others, both as a clinician and an educator. In his clinical practice, Paul serves as a mentor, preceptor, and field training officer who focuses on instilling his ethos and joy of service in the next generation of providers. In the classroom, Paul endeavors to go beyond the simple instructor/student paradigm, to share his knowledge and experience in dynamic ways. Paul works for HMH-JFK Medical Center, in NJ, and has a wonderful wife, two teenage children, and two one-of-a-kinds, limited edition, dogs named Brody and Arlo.
