Chief Bouvier is a NREMT-Paramedic, known nationally and internationally as a professional EMS speaker.

Volunteer firefighter / paramedic, Retired Monsanto Fire Chief & New Orleans EMS Deputy Chief of Operations.

Chief Bouvier served as EMS Commander of major New Orleans events including Mardi Gras, Super Bowls, and Hurricanes.
Recipient of the NAEMT National EMT of the Year, Rocco Morando and Louisiana EMS Lifetime Achievement Awards. 

Served as NAEMT President, Life Member of Westwego Fire Department, Louisiana Firemen's Association, NAEMT.

Extensive education in Fire/EMS. Written contributions in 14 EMS textbooks. Member of EMS World Editorial Advisory Board since 1998.

Today, Chief Bouvier continues to serve Fire/EMS as a professional speaker 46+ years of experience and currently volunteers at Westwego Volunteer Fire Department.
