Critical Care Educator Mind Body Medic/Flightbridgeed Spring, Texas
In this presentation, we will review an actual event in which a team had to manage a high acuity, complex case in a dangerous, unfamiliar environment with multiple variables including language barriers and lack of resources. We will examine this story from the view of the crew, the family, and the patient and discuss using a sense-making model to find your way in the midst of chaos.
