You will learn what a normal 12-lead ECG is supposed to look like, the importance of interpreting a 12-lead ECG in clinical context, how to apply the rule of proportionality, decision rules to help identify STEMIs in each infarct location, the rule of appropriate T-wave discordance for right and left bundle branch block, and how to identify the most important STEMI equivalents and STEMI mimics.
