My background is in Medicine and Surgery, with training particular in research and the instruction of Human Anatomy in all its forms; developmental, microscopic and gross. My engagement in research spans from clinical, surgical, cadaveric, literature reviews and meta-analyses across different thematic areas with a special focus on cardiovascular anatomy and the implications of structural organization and its variations on day-to-day diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as well as clinical presentation of different diseases. I have a great passion in the instruction of Anatomy as a subject and a discipline, in professional mentorship, leadership and translational research. Inspired by the great valors in the field of medicine and the desire to fulfill my God-given purpose. Geared towards using my gifts, talents and abilities to transform the quality of medical practice, teaching of Human Anatomy, enhancing translational research output in Sub-Saharan Africa and hopefully contribute towards molding a better future for the world within and beyond the limits of medical practice.
