Holly is a fourth year doctoral candidate in the Ohio State University interdisciplinary Human Nutrition program. Their research focuses on food safety education for cancer patients and the microbiome. They have a Bachelor's of Science in Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, and their Masters' degree is in Human Nutrition, both obtained at the Ohio State University. They are a graduate research associate in the laboratory of Dr. Sanja Ilic.
