I’m passionate about various molecular processes underlying critical biological mechanisms. I hope to gain insights on how these molecular processes work by investigating their regulations, causes and consequences in different scenarios. I'm also seeking for opportunities to deepen my understanding in this vast undiscovered universe; specifically in the interdisciplinary applications of Genetics and Artificial Intelligent (AI), Deep Learning, Programming or Data Analysis in regard to Biotechnology and Biomedicine fields such as Immunology, Synthetic Biology, RNA Sequencing, Reproductive Biology, Vaccine R&D and Infectious Diseases!
My current project is about manipulating few crucial genes associated with the molecular mechanisms involved in ovarian follicular development by using cutting-edge technologies such as CRISPR and other gene and protein manipulating approaches and studying their effects in respect to a proper reproduction and fertility ability in cows. This project improves our molecular understanding in the process of follicular development within the mammalian ovaries which is physiologically important in both Human and Bovine species, via some of the critical signaling pathways including (JAK/STAT signaling pathway). This project is supported by NSERC at Dr. Kalidou Ndiaye’s Lab located in the Research Center of Reproduction and Fertility (CRRF) & member of Réseau Québécois en Reproduction (RQR*) in the Department of Veterinary Biomedicine at Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FMV), University of Montreal.
