Dr. Bernard Chang is Vice Chair of Research and Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Columbia University Medical Center. He received his PhD in psychology from Harvard, his medical degree from Stanford and completed his emergency medicine residency training at the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency Program (Brigham and and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital). Dr. Chang's research interest include the psychological and physiological effects of stress in patients and clinicians.
