Amanda Pressman, MD, FACG, is a gastroenterologist at the Center for Women’s Gastrointestinal Medicine at the Women’s Medicine Collaborative and Director of the Gastroesophageal and Rectal Motility Laboratory at Lifespan in Providence, R.I. She is co-director of the multidisciplinary Program for Pelvic Floor Disorders, and focuses on chronic constipation and fecal incontinence. Dr. Pressman is an Associate Professor of Medicine (Clinician Educator) and directs the fellowship pathway in women’s gastrointestinal diseases at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Pressman received her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and completed a residency at Harvard Medical School/BIDMC. She is a graduate of the gastroenterology fellowship at Alpert Medical School.
