Jen Lisso graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours degree in Anthropology with a Minor in Sociology as well as a Minor in Family and Child Studies. She earned her Master's of Library and Information Science Degree from Western University. She has also studied various leadership and management courses while working at the Guelph Public Library since 2006. It is in her time working in a library setting that Jen has contributed to and has witnessed the positive impact that the right knowledge or opportunity can make in a person's life. Jen strives to serve others, uplift them to embrace their fullest potential, and to help create positive transformation in a more personal, intentional and holistic way.
Jen Lisso (She/Her) helps people to embrace their authentic self to live a wholehearted life full of purpose, harmony and connection. Jen is passionate about seeking out innovative and effective strategies to help her clients feel empowered as co-creators of their authentic life. She helps clients envision a life that brings them joy, peace and freedom and works with them to make their goals a reality. Jen coaches through a lens of empathy and kindness and applies wisdom, coaching strategies, and her clients’ inner knowing to help them to make informed decisions to create a life of abundance.
Jen is a Certified Life Coach from the Jay Shetty Certification School.
