LCDR Nicholas Cushman, PharmD, MS, BCACP, is an officer in the United States Public Health Service. He earned his PharmD from the University of Michigan, and his MS from Oklahoma State University. LCDR Cushman is an enrolled member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. He currently serves as an Area Senior Clinical Program Coordinator for the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, Indian Country ECHO Program. Prior to his current position, LCDR Cushman completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency Program and served as Staff Pharmacist at the Albuquerque Service Unit (IHS) in Albuquerque, NM, and served as Deputy Chief Pharmacist at the Ute Mountain Ute Health Center (IHS) in Towaoc, CO.
