Ms. Shari F. Silverman, MPT, OCS, FACHE, PMP, Deputy Chief, Strategy Management Division (Defense Health Agency (DHA)), Falls Church, VA. In this role, Ms. Silverman facilitates and advises Agency in development of the FY22-26 DHA Campaign Plan aligning the Military Health System (MHS)-wide performance to Department of Defense/DHA strategic priorities; defined 4 primary Lines of Effort and 8 Strategic Initiatives to align capabilities to resources in order to best meet stakeholder expectations. She executes DHA Performance Management framework and administers performance reviews at Agency level to monitor performance and achieve targeted outcomes and measures. Ms. Silverman manages the MHS Ready Reliable Care (RRC) FY22-26 Campaign Plan Strategic Initiative to deliver enterprise standardization to advance care delivery and achieve zero harm across 450+ global Military Medical Treatment Facilties (MTFs). In addition, she develops and publishes Quadruple Aim Performance Planning (QPP) guidance in concert with Senior Leaders to optimize health delivery across the MHS for 9.6M beneficiaries and 270,000 staff. Ms. Silverman is also a licensed Physical Therapist, Amercian Physical Therapy Association Board Certified Spcialist in Orthopedics (Emeritus).
