I have been part of the Pelham Public Library team for 17 years as the Child and Youth Services Coordinator. I have planned and delivered children's programs ,both at the library and in our community, for all ages. In those 17 years we have established many great reationships within the Niagara Region we call home. We have seen the benefits of partnering with our neighbouring communities and hope to share our experiences so that you may also benefit from the partnerships of smaller, rural libraries.
