Bailey has planned and coordinated programs in collaboration with her children’s programming team. With her Bachelor of Education as well as MLIS she has been running programs from a young age through summer camps and TSDRC. She has actively coordinated intergenerational programs by working with the Teen Services Librarian to create programs involving teen volunteers. In all aspects of her programming planning Bailey believes sharing ideas plays a large part.
