Shelagh Paterson, MLIS, executive director, Ontario Library Association. Previous to OLA, worked at the CNIB Library in the areas of collection development, sales, communication and advocacy. In between a Bachelor of Arts (Art and Art History) from McMaster University and the MLIS from Western, worked in theatre and hospitality thus setting the groundwork for the drama and service required for a career in libraries.
