Director
LLEAD Institute, Ontario, Canada
Few things make Rebecca happier than seeing people reach the potential that's meaningful for them. She's pursued her passion as a senior manager in a public library, the academic sector and as a consultant - supporting those working in libraries and information services to grow their skills, stretch their capabilities, and believe in themselves. Rebecca has led and facilitated >100 planning, team development and organizational design projects with clients from small, volunteer-run non-profits to large research university libraries. Every one of these sessions stressed inclusivity for all voices and perspectives. She is Director of the LLEAD Institute (Leadership Development for the Library and Information Sector), Partner in Dysart & Jones Associates, and a mentor in OLA's wonderful program.
