I am an Associate Librarian at Western University. I began my journey at Western in 2007 as a Research & Instructional Services Librarian in The D.B. Weldon Library. Presently, I am the Head, User Experience & User Services. I work with dynamic and engaged teams to deliver the best experience for our user communities.
