Angela Rerrie, Supervisor of Customer Experience at Oakville Public Library, obtained her Honours BSc in Psychology and Sociology from University of Toronto and MLIS from Western University. In her role, she supports the Director of Customer Experience in delivery and implementation of customer experience improvements across service points while overseeing all operations of the Clearview Branch of Oakville Public Library. She is engaged in multi-year project work involving identifying organizational values from a staff-led perspective and using those values to build engagement, culture and ultimately, meaning in everyday work.
