ENS Knox was commissioned into the Navy in April 2018 and is currently a 4th-year medical student at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD. He plans on completing a residency in Psychiatry and hopes to contribute to the field by minimizing the stigma of mental health in minority communities, bringing awareness to the importance of diversity and representation in medicine, and using his platform to be an advocate and ally for other marginalized groups.
