Christina Mullins is the Commissioner for the Bureau for Behavioral Health. Previously, she served as the Director of the Office of Maternal, Child and Family Health and has worked in a variety of maternal and child health programs. She has worked to establish West Virginia’s youth anti-tobacco campaign, collaborated with a multitude of partners to launch a surveillance system for neonatal abstinence syndrome, and co-authored the 2016 West Virginia Overdose Fatality Analysis. Christina was honored with the Maternal Child Health Bureau Director’s Award in October 2018 for her national contributions to the health of infants, mothers, children and children with special health care needs.
