Greg Snowden is a senior biologist with Stream + Wetlands Foundation. Mr. Snowden specializes in ecological restoration, aquatic resource compensatory mitigation, and Clean Water Act regulations. Greg manages complex restoration and mitigation projects and is well versed in the requirements of Sections 404 and 401 of the Clean Water Act, state isolated wetland laws, the Food Security Act, and the National Environmental Policy Act.
