Roxane Took, Pharm.D., BCACP currently serves as an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. Her practice site is at SSM Saint Louis University Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Roxane received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville in Illinois and completed her PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency with Balls Food Stores & University of Missouri Kansas City in 2013, where she implemented and managed a transitions of care program for employees of Balls Food Store.
Roxane is an active member of APhA and is currently the coordinator-elect for the Transitions of Care Special Interest Group. Roxane's interests include ambulatory care pharmacy, transitions of care, diabetes, immunizations, advocacy and community pharmacy.
