Renee Podolsky serves as the Community Health Director at the Florida Department of Health in Broward County (DOH-Broward). In that role, Ms. Podolsky oversees 15 programs, including the CDC Overdose Data to Action grant, and 83 staff members. Additionally, she serves as the Operations Chief within the Incident Management Team and during COVID-19 she has overseen specimen collection sites vaccination sites and served as the liaison with ALF nursing homes early childcare centers and homeless populations. Prior to joining DOH-Broward, Ms. Podolsky served as the Division Director for the Broward Regional Health Planning Council, Inc. And prior to that as the director of the Broward Healthy Start Coalition, Inc. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University. Ms. Podolsky also aids Broward County by serving on a number of community boards and committees.
