Adrin Mammen is an accomplished healthcare administrator with expertise in Ambulatory Practice and Quality Management. She provides executive leadership the development and growth of the centralized Patient Access Center and the Organizational Excellence teams. She has oversight across ambulatory scheduling, referral management, care coordination, capacity and performance management, and other services as required by patient and provider relationships. Adrin is charged with creating and supporting exceptional patient access and service, faculty and staff satisfaction, seamless and efficient referral management capabilities, growth and volume management, digital health advancement, and strong financial performance.
Ms. Mammen has extensive experience as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and as a Lean Black Belt. She is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and active member of Health Leaders of New York (HLNY).
A graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration, Ms. Mammen has also earned her Master of Science degree in Health Services Administration from St. Joseph's University and her Masters in Business Administration degree in Quality Management from Hofstra University.
