Todd Grages was named president and CEO of Methodist Physicians Clinic (MPC) in 2005. In this position, he oversees one of the largest multi-specialty medical groups in Nebraska with a staff of more than 400 providers in over 40 locations in Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa.
Todd Grages is a Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives and a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Executives.
Todd has serviced on the Board of Directors of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) since 2014. He served as Chair of the MGMA Board of Directors 2018-2019. Todd currently serves as the immediate past Chair and Chair of the Leadership Selection Committee. He has served the MGMA as a past member of the certification commission and a member of the ACMPE Examinations Committee where he served as chair in 2013. He holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
Todd's passion as a young man was his military service. He served as a nuclear, biological and chemical officer in the U.S. Army. Todd's first tour was in Schwabisch Gmund Germany in the 56th Field Artillery Pershing a nuclear unit. After his 4 year tour of duty in Germany, Todd was deployed to Southwest Asia to support Operation Desert Storm where he served in the 1st Armor Division and was awarded 'The Bronze Star Medal'.
As a Medical Practice Executive, Todd has committed himself to achieving and maintaining a culture of excellence at MPC. His group has been in the top 5% nationally in the American Medical Group Association Provider Satisfaction Survey since 2012 and achieved its highest performance the 97 percentile in 2020.
