Rajesh U. Kothari has thirty years of experience as an investor, financial advisor, and entrepreneur. His experience allows him to provide companies with the guidance and resources necessary to navigate the complexities of managing growth through acquisitions, divestitures, financing and other strategic initiatives.
Rajesh is the founder and Managing Director of Cascade Partners, an investment banking and private investment firm serving entrepreneurs, businesses and investors active in the middle market.
Rajesh has served on a variety of corporate and not-for-profit Board of Directors including Priority Health, Micro Machine Company, MedBio, Dynamic Computers, Civil Air Patrol Foundation and the Providence Health Foundation.
Prior to founding Cascade Partners, Rajesh was co-founder and Managing Director of Seneca Partners, a Director at Beringea, and an Investment Officer for ProVen Private Equity in London, England.
Rajesh began his investment career as a money manager, most prominently for Masco Corporation and co-founder of Cranbrook Capital Management.
Rajesh is a Colonel in the Civil Air Patrol, Auxiliary of the United States Air Force. In addition, he is an adjunct professor at the University of Michigan. Rajesh, a Chartered Financial Analyst, earned both a Bachelors of Arts and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He currently holds the Series 7, 79, 24, and 28 licenses from FINRA.
