Dr. Richard Freeman currently serves as President, St. Charles Medical Group, Bend, Oregon. His executive leadership roles have encompassed operations of multispecialty medical groups and faculty practices with particular attention to physician-led, professionally managed management models; the planning, design, and implementation of population health strategy and operations with integrated delivery systems in the states of Connecticut and Maine, and provider network management in the insurance industry as President of an independent care management company serving BlueCross/BlueShield plans with 2 million covered lives. He has broad experience leading value-based transformation of health system management structures and clinical operations, with special focus on alignment of all stakeholders.
