Constance Gundacker MD, MPH, FAAP, is a pediatrician and Assistant Professor in the Section of General and Community Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Gundacker is a community-engaged academic general pediatrician with a research focus on cross-sector collaborations to address social determinants of health and pediatric health disparities. She is the Director of the Pediatric Residency Community Pediatrics Training Initiative rotation and an Associate Director of the Pediatric Residency Global and Community Health Track. As the academic Primary Investigator on this project, she is responsible for overseeing project evaluation. She provides outpatient pediatric clinical care and resident and trainee education at Children’s Wisconsin, Midtown Clinic. She earned her MD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her MPH from the University of Birmingham-Alabama. She completed pediatric residency at UC-Davis Medical Center, and a fellowship in Academic Primary Care Research and the Clinical Research Scholars Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
