I am Mohammad Masum Billah, a senior researcher at the department of Information Display at Kyung Hee University, South Korea. I am currently working on amorphous indium gallium zinc oxide (IGZO), low temperature poly-si (LTPS), and low temperature poly-si oxide (LTPO) technologies for sensory devices, memory applications along with TCAD, and SPICE simulation.
