Jae Won Cha received a bachelor's degree from Seoul National University, Korea and master's and doctorate degrees from MIT. He had worked as a principal engineer at Samsung Electro-Mechanics from 2014 to 2016, and has been Naver Labs' team leader, technical lead, and project manager since 2016. He was awarded Innovation Awards Honoree for IN VEHICLE AUDIO VIDEO category in CES 2019.
