Dr Akihiro Mochizuki is currently working as an independent technical consultant in Boulder, Coilorado base. He has rich expertiese in liquid crystal and organic functional materials based device research and product development. His consulting works include worldwide activities both at a large and a small firm. He also engaged in SBIR award programs for the agile beam steering device development using liquid crystal devices. In addition to his technical consulting tasks, he has experienced some C-level corporate management tasks. He is a member of SID and one of the program committee members.
