Dr. Ingo Rotscholls is a development and application engineer an the field of Display metrology at TechnoTeam Bildverarbeitung GmbH in Germany.
Ingo Rotscholl studied Electrical Engineering in Germany at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and specialized in Micro- Nano and Optoelectronics as well as Lighting Technology. During his Ph.D. at the Light Technology Institute in Karlsruhe he researched the measurement of spectral ray data in a Research Project with TechnoTeam Bildverarbeitung GmbH. After finishing his Ph.D. he started working at TechnoTeam in the field of Display metrology as a development and application. His main focus are automotive displays. He contributed to several studies and papers in the fields of uniformity measurement aka BlackMURA, Sticking Images and Sparkle. Besides his research activity, he contributes to national and international standardization committees such as VDI, DIN, VDE, ICDM or IEC.
