Staff Engineer

Jangyeol Yoon is a Staff Engineer of the Display Research Center, Samsung Display. He received his Ph. D degree in Chemical & Biological Engineering from the Korea University in 2014. He joined Rogers research group at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign as a postdoc research associate in 2014.
During that preiod, he developed miro-LED based optogenetics with fully implantable wireless system. In 2018, he joined Samsung Display where he has been involved in the development of Stretchable AMOLEDs. His research interest includes deformable display, sensors and electonics.
