Reality Labs at Meta
Xiuyun Wu is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Neuroscience program at the University of British Columbia. I have worked as a research intern in the Reality Labs at Meta, during which the work to be presented in Display Week 2022 was done under the supervision of Scott Murdison. I have extensive training and experience with visual psychophysics, eye tracking, and cognitive psychology. My Ph.D. study focused on understanding how eye movements and perception are related, through quantitative analysis of data collected from well-designed and highly-controlled experiments. I have a passion for technology and strong interests in VR/AR. I am motivated to make the technology more user-friendly and accessible.
