Yuya Tanaka received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chiba University in 2008, and the M.S. and Ph.D. from Graduate School of Advanced Integration Science, Chiba University in 2010 and 2013, respectively. He worked in OLED R&D Department of Japan Display Inc. for three years. His academic career started as an assistant professor at Center for Frontier Science, Chiba University in 2016. Since 2022, he has been an associate professor at Graduate School of Science and Technology, Gunma University. He also worked as a PRESTO researcher of Japan Science and Technology Agency (2017-2020). His research interest includes the behavior of charge carriers in organic semiconductor devices and the development of electret-based devices composed of polar organic molecules such as vibrational energy harvesters.
