Kenneth Li is the co-founder and CEO of Optonomous Technologies Inc. developing lighting technologies for projection, entertainment, and automotive applications, and IP portfolio for licensing, using laser excited phosphors, and infra-laser diodes for LiDAR used in autonomous vehicles. He is the founder of Litech International consulting internationally in the area of lighting and optical designs. He was the President and CEO of Wavien, Inc. for 12 yeas developing light sources for projectors, entertainment spotlights, and IP portfolio for licensing. He worked on optical devices, light sources, and displays for over 35 years after receiving his Ph.D. degree from UC Berkeley, Executive MBA degree from UCLA, MSEE from Northwestern University, and BS degree from Caltech, working for TRW, PCO, Hewlett Packard, and Cogent Light. He is the named inventor of over 80 issued US patents, made many conference presentations, published over 120 papers in technical journals, and contributed 3 chapters in 2 books.
