Matt Menke is an OLED scientist in the Display Materials and Systems Division at 3M. He completed his BS in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois in 2010, and he completed his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Minnesota in 2015 specializing in the device physics of organic photovoltaics and exciton transport. He completed a post-doc in the Department of Physics at the University of Cambridge in 2017 specializing in ultrafast spectroscopy of organic semiconductors for organic photovoltaics and OLEDs. He has been working at 3M since 2017 developing optical films and adhesives for OLED displays.
