LetinAR successfully launched its first evaluation kit “T-Glasses” which are lightweight and small form factor smart glasses made of plastic optical combiners. Though plastic optical waveguides are challenging in manufacturing, LetinAR’s PinMR (mirror) and PinTILT (Total Internal reflection minimized Lightguide Technology) made it possible to overcome the tolerance of plastic optics. In this talk, we would like to introduce the concept of LetinAR’s newest technologies and how they could allow the fabrication of lightweight plastic optical combiners without compromising the high image qualities in a glasses-like form factor. Also, the LetinAR's recent work on the preparation of the mass manufacturing is introduced.
