3.1 - Failure Mechanism of Cadmium-Based Blue Quantum Dot Light-Emitting Diodes by using Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy and Stabilization of Core-Shell ZnO Nanoparticles

With the aim of seeking out the failure mechanism in the quantum dot light emitting diodes, we investigate an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy on Cd-based blue quantum dots before/after continuous current injection. Here, we present the carrier flow change and the significant degradation of ZnO electron transport layer. Then, we study on the stability enhancement of core-shell ZnO nanoparticles.
