In this study, we proposed a numerical approach to predict a sound quality of the large-sized OLED panel speaker. For the numerical analysis of the panel speaker, it is necessary to build the entire display module which is a plate-shaped structure stacked in several layers with a complex configuration. In addition, the physical behaviors of sound waves radiated outside the panel must also be analyzed to evaluate the sound quality. For accurate analysis, we totally constructed a three-dimensional (3D) finite element model and the modified pressure condition is applied as an external force boundary condition to correct the energy variation by varying the operation frequency. The results of the proposed method are verified by numerical simulations and experimental measurements.
