This paper firstly introduces a flexible hybrid integration (FHI) architecture based on organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) for ubiquitous sensor systems, followed by description of the low power OTFT technologies. Then, progresses on sensor integration based on the OTFTs for FHI are discussed, proving the versatility of the technology.
