In this paper, we report the novel design and fabrication of OLED Camera-under panels (CUP) with improved transmittance and imaging quality. We utilized TFT-outside structure and patterned cathode in the CUP region. The transmittance test, Point spreading function (PSF) test, and scene photos proved the efficiency of our solution. Remarkable enhancement of imaging performance, which was identical to that of a normal AA-hole OLED panel, was achieved. The results confirm the effectiveness of our CUP design strategy and also the potential of our design to be commercially used in the industry.
