OLED display occupies a dominant position in the smartphone market, and how to improve the screen share is an important pursuit of major terminals. On the other hand, because the display needs to reserve windows for front light sensing devices, the integrity of the display is difficult to achieve. Considering the flexible advantages of OLED display, this paper designs a 180 ° surround Cover Glass (CG) that cancels the front light sensing device and improves the proportion of mobile phone display area and screen, and studies some technical problems of 180 ° surround CG bonding with the display, including bonding process selection, bonding trajectory optimization and film material selection and design.
