Interpret and apply diabetes data through case-based learning to incorporate data review as a tool to troubleshoot and optimize device use to leverage shared decision making with the interprofessional care team and the client/patient to formulate and revise person-centered care plans
Strategically utilize resources available to assist with assessment and support of the person with diabetes as it relates to using technology as a supportive measure in managing both T1D and T2D. Examples of resources may include (dantatech, Panther Tools, etc.)
