The following materials will be shipped to you by AAOMS at no additional cost: 
  • Custom model with required lab analogs and healing abundtments
Blades/Sutures:

  • BLADE #15C STAINLESS STEEL 
  • PTFE SUTURE 4-0 W/16MM 3/8 FS3 REVERSE CUTTING NDL 18" 
  • PTFE SUTURE 5-0 W/17MM 1/2 C19 REVERSE CUTTING NDL 18"
You will need to secure the following materials/equipment on your own:
