Kristen McKiernan is The Arc’s Senior Executive Officer, Marketing and Communications, leading marketing and media relations efforts, and advising on grassroots advocacy communications and storytelling efforts. She joined The Arc in 2011 after working on Capitol Hill and campaigns for ten years. She was Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for Congressman Chris Murphy (CT-5), who is now a Senator, and Communications Director for Resources Committee Ranking Member Nick J. Rahall (WV-3).
