I am Katie Sheffield. I am a member of the Texas Self Advocates and Vice President of the Arc of Greater Beaumont Self Advocates. I am also on our Leadership Team and a Peer Support Specialist. I have IDD and Autism. I have had many opportunities to advocate for the rights of individuals with disabilities on the local and state level. I love volunteering for the Arc and other local events, gardening, Art with the Arc and the Arc Book Club.
