Director of Advocacy
Arc of Pueblo
Rhonda Berry is the Director of Advocacy for the Arc of Pueblo. With a background in elementary and special education as well as corporate training, she and her team assist up to forty families per month with the individualized education plan process. Rhonda is a member of the Colorado Department of Education’s (CDE) Alternative Dispute Resolution Advisory Board and a trained CDE Facilitator. She served as the Board Secretary for Swallows Charter Academy for the past three years and on the Senate Bill 94 Colorado Youth Detention Continuum (CYDC) Board for five years. She also participated on the Senate Bill 18-231 Transition and State Complaints Task force with the CDE. She has three children ages 26, 18 and 12.
