Jennifer Stewart, is the owner of Breaking Expectations LLC, and contracted as Colorado's Project Manager for the Sequencing of Services Initiative. She has a passion and systematic knowledge of how to support transition aged young adults navigate both education and adult systems.
Jennifer is a LEND Fellow, she has a Master’s in Public Policy from the Heller School at Brandeis, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado. Jennifer has worked with young adults with disabilities over the past ten years in various capacities from providing vocational counseling, supporting families, developing programming, building system capacity, and evaluating impact.
