Karen joined Therap in 2015 as a business development consultant serving customers in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware & DC. Karen previously worked for an Arc in Western NY in quality assurance and corporate compliance for many years, and has over 20 years experience in the I/DD field. Karen also works with Therap's quality assurance team, and is a Charting the Life Course Ambassador. Karen lives in Albany, NY, and loves reading, music, baseball, and being with her family.
